Contractors Work on Their Own

The contractors you are matched with run their own businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, permits, licenses, insurance and behavior. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about whether a contractor is available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.
